A course in aerial fabrics and aerial rope designed for those who want to turn this great passion into a profession, or for those who simply want to dedicate more time to this incredible passion. until June 30, 2023
You can choose to participate in the entire sports year, a month, a week or a single lesson.
ONLINE Course Aerial Arts Instructors
Aerial Silk and Aerial Rope Instructor Course, developed in this way:
15min physical preparation and strengthening
45min technical training (theoretical practical) of elements such as:
- Static Figures - Dynamics / Oscillations - Planks - Free Falls - Spins - Sequences and Fluidity
Workshop Italy
Intensive workshops
Intensive workshops, usually 5/6 hours, trying to teach everything I know in the most direct and simple way possible, facilitating every movement to make it useful and effective.
